Meet Our Executive Leadership Team

SHR's executive team has implemented many high-level IT engineering solutions using a wide variety of technologies to meet diverse challenges. Collectively, our executives bring a wealth of knowledge to each SHR customer and project, particularly for government IT modernization projects. We help bring the power of private-sector technology to government.

Robert Sanchious

Founder & CEO

  • SHR’s foundation is deeply rooted in Robert’s three core principles: leading with kindness, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration among team members, and leveraging technology to create meaningful, positive impacts on people’s lives. These guiding values drive our commitment to innovation, excellence, and a people-first approach in everything we do.

As CEO, Robert’s been instrumental in the company’s growth while also continuing to execute direct support across DoD and DHS contracts.

Robert served as the Chief Enterprise Architect with the DoD’s Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD) and has extensive experience leading complex integration efforts between multiple component agencies. Robert most recently served as Cloud Architect for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP), where he was responsible for implementing a hybrid cloud solution to support its mix of unique customer bases. The solution includes an advanced cyber security stack, Cloud Access Point (CAP), and a CI/CD infrastructure as a code automation framework where all commercial cloud-facing subscriptions are managed.

Robert’s engineering experience working with diverse technologies gives him an unparalleled understanding of all components within an enterprise to uniquely position him to lead complex IT organizations through their digital transformation journeys.

Roberts holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
